Andrew Sapuppo is a propulsion systems engineer working on NASA's next-generation rocket — the Space Launch System (SLS) — designed to carry astronauts back to the Moon and beyond. He also supports SpaceX's Falcon 9 launches for NASA crewed missions. He holds dual degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Physics from the University of Colorado and has a passion for making science and space accessible to everyone.

Mark was formerly a Director of the Centre for Science Education, Sheffield Hallam University, UK; Senior Adviser/Specialist in STEM Education at SEAMEO STEM-ED; and school headteacher. Over the past 31 years he has run national and international Science and STEM education programmes in partnership with the British Council, ministries of education and STEM companies across South and Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe and South America. He has experience at a national policy-making level, supporting ministries and schools to implement coordinated and coherent whole school STEM programmes.
